From Los Angeles/Orange County:

Take Interstate 10 through the Palm Springs region to the Washington Street exit in La Quinta. Proceed south on Washington Street to Highway 111 (approx. 7 miles). Look for the entrance to The Estates at Point Happy Ranch just south of Highway 111 on the right side.

From Phoenix/Scottsdale:
